In this gentle class, you're guided into a relaxing sequence of restorative poses designed to reduce tension and stress. Rest and restore supported by bolsters and blankets. As you relax, tight muscles release, and the body moves into deep healing mode.

Combined with a Yoga Nidra practice (yogic sleep), which is a deep state of relaxation with just a trace of awareness, this class is designed to help you relax and recharge so you feel energetic and stress-free.
The gentle combination of poses helps to ease your heart, reduce tension and promote healing.
Classes are small, with no more than 7 people, so you savour a more personal experience.
