Gentle Yoga for Health

Yoga for Bone Health
Learn key concepts and practices to maintain and strengthen your bones. Practise safe balancing, strength and awareness to strengthen bones and help to prevent the possibility of falls as you age. 

Fascial Release
Release tight or "stuck" areas in the body by opening the fascial "lines" that run like train tracks in various ways through the body.  Explore deeper stretches with longer holds. Move with more ease and enjoyment. We'll explore freeing movement safely through forward folds, backbends, side bends and twists.

Suitable for all levels.


Gentle and effective.
In these gentle classes, we'll explore healthy ways of moving to release stuck patterns of movement, so you'll move with more ease and strength.
