The Transformative Power of Yoga

Moving Toward Healing
Modern research confirms what ancient yogis discovered. The yogic practices are simple. Breath, gentle movement, awareness. 

In 2012, I dove headlong into depression and grief when, over the course of a year and a half, I lost my mother, several relatives, two beloved dogs, and my corporate job of 18 years.  I also  had a resurgence of chronic pain from the time in 1984, when my pelvis was fractured after I fell off a galloping  horse (not the horse's fault!)


Holding steady to my decades-long practice of yoga and meditation has been a vital part of my path to healing body and soul.

If you want to find a natural healing path, I'm committed to helping you. Pain comes in many forms, both physical and mental-emotional. You may suffer from persistent pain, stress, anxiety, depression, or grief.

My therapeutic studies include Chronic Pain Relief, Grief Relief, Anxiety, Depression, Cancer, Structural Alignment Therapy, Restorative Deep Relaxation, Meditation, and Reiki. I'm a Certified Yoga Therapist, and a Relax and Renew® Restorative yoga teacher with Judith Hanson Lasater, PhD.
