Gentle Chair Yoga

Knees ache? Do you have difficulty getting up and down from the floor?

​Welcome to a gentle yoga practice designed to increase your strength and flexibility while you sit. Deepen and strengthen your ability to move well. Including forward bends, backbends, twists and side bends.  This is a juicy practice whether you're a beginning student or a more advanced practitioner. Discover how to move well, even from a chair.


Gentle and effective.

In these gentle classes, we'll practise essential yoga poses and explore ways to safely open the body and experience the poses more deeply.

A wonderful class if you’re new to yoga, or want to experience a deeper, more ease-full practice. Experience a delicious awakening as you slow down and open up to ease.
Classes are small, with no more than 7 people in studio*, so you savour a more personal experience.
