 A Yoga Workshop to Open Your Hips and Hamstrings, Protect Your Knees, and Build a Firm Supple Foundation
The road to strength and vitality begins with a firm, yet not rigid, foundation. If  your foundation isn't strong and supple, you may be suffering needlessly. If you have

​building a strong yet easeful foundation is vital for greater stability, ease and lightness. In this workshop, you'll
  • Practise yoga for grounding, strengthening with ease, and opening your hips while keeping your knees safe and pain free.
  • Gain greater stability, as you learn to support your lower back and abdomen.​
  • Open up to the joy of strength balanced with ease.
