 A Yoga and Nutrition Workshop to Relieve Tension in Shoulders, Neck and Head, and Enhance Your Intuition


Your foundation is firm, you have fire in the belly, and you feel calm and centred. Yet you feel stuck, unable to express what you feel in a way that matters. Maybe your shoulders or neck feel perpetually tight, or you suffer from headaches. As you move into the upper chakras - the throat, third eye, and crown of the head - you'll learn how to
  • Practise yoga to bring relief to any tightness or tension in your shoulders, neck, and head.
  • Experience deep guided meditation to connect you to your spiritual and intuitive nature.
  • Explore ways you can express your truth and find authentic meaning and purpose in your life.

  • Practise specific yoga poses to bring more energy and vital circulation into your throat to reduce the likelihood of sore throats and colds.
