I hope you and yours are staying well during these challenging times! I'm going to keep this post short and sweet, as I'm sure your inbox is as bursting at the seams as mine!
As we strive to stay healthy and sane during our social distancing, two things stand out as being of paramount importance:
1. Regular exercise for physical health
2. Social connection for mental health.
And so - during this difficult time when we are self-isolating during the COVID-19 pandemic, I'm offering online private sessions and group classes via Zoom. A regular yoga class, even online, can be of tremendous benefit in helping to keep you strong and limber, as well as offering vital skills for reducing anxiety and depression.
